EPMS Limited is proud to announce that we are now a UK manufacturer of Dyno coils, capable of producing coils up to 800mm in diameter.A recent project involved providing a direct replacement for an AG150 coil assembly that had been removed from a dynamometer for repair. Over time, the original coil had suffered significant water ingress, which ultimately led to its electrical failure. After evaluating the situation, it was determined that supplying a complete new coil assembly was more cost-effective than attempting to salvage the existing aluminium can and fit a new coil.The customer was highly satisfied with both the quality of the replacement coil and its size, which perfectly matched the original specifications.At EPMS Limited, all our coils are wound with Class H insulation and potted in RTV rubber within a durable aluminium can, ensuring reliability and long-lasting performance in demanding environments.
