Permanent Magnets

EPMS Limited recently supplied a permanent magnet road sweeper to Sunderland County Council. The new 1800mm wide magnet sweeper was specifically purchased to remove metal debris from the service road leading to the recycling center. Prior to its installation, the facility received frequent complaints from customers regarding tire punctures caused by metal spillage. With the new EPMS Limited magnet sweeper in operation, these issues have been resolved, improving safety and customer satisfaction.
New Installation
EPMS Limited has also completed the installation of new magnet equipment at JT Watton’s new yard in Ettingshaw, Wolverhampton. Tony at JT Watton purchased the magnet case, and EPMS Limited was responsible for installing a 5kW DC generator and control gear. The entire installation was completed in just three days, ensuring that the new facility was up and running quickly and efficiently.Having previously installed magnet equipment at JT Watton's other yard in Coseley, EPMS Limited looks forward to continuing to support their operations and wishes them every success with this new venture.
