Expert Fabrication and Installation Services

Epms Limited can offer you a bespoke fabrication solution to any of your plant structure problems, whether that may be replacing or simply modifying existing plant.

Our Experienced draftsman and design engineer will visit your site to design and produce CAD drawings for your approval and liaise closely with our customers to ensure our design meets your requirements before we commence any work on your behalf.

We also design plant layouts from scratch to be laid out either within an existing plant or as a completely new facility. We provide work schedules and management time scales for each project. Individual structure drawings are then produced from which fabrication then takes place off site. All welding and fabrication is done by qualified welders.

Site structures are then coated in oxide paint before a top coat is applied with colours of your choice. All steel work is then delivered to site, new plant is erected and installed by our engineers following plant layout drawings and managed time schedules.

Each individual item is secured as the plant is assembled. Any floor re-enforcements can be arranged to fix plant to flooring. Our fabricators will carry out on site any modifications to existing plant that where need to integrate existing plant.

We also offer our services to electrically install and commission your new plant should you require it.
