With our Vibration Analysis and Thermal Imaging programs, we can offer monthly or bi monthly surveys.

We have a pre determined route to analysis the condition of your high value equipment. This information builds up data and trends of rotating equipment. I.e. drive and non drive bearings on electrical motors, right through to monitoring for White Finger Surveys.

We liaise with all our Customers to minimise downtime and always check as many items as possible per visit.

The survey is followed by in-depth report with easy to follow graphs and spreadsheets with every item individually itemised and recorded where possible.

We also supply and fit Transducers to machines, where access is awkward and unsafe, giving remote access points.
